Hello foodies! I’m Junnie Crisostomo from Manila, Philippines. 30ish and with a brain of a bully from middle school.:) There are two things that I’m really passionate about… Cooking and cars…yeah, but I’m not one of those speed junkies that you would see every now and then zooming and stitching EDSA traffic or maybe in C5.

Now, back to the culinary world… my experience has been a long time but I still learn new things. Cooking is a never ending study, or should I say, a never ending quest for satisfying our lust for great food. Being single, I got to hone my skills more, since I really have to feed myself. Growing up in a family with cooking enthusiasts opened my eyes to the culinary world. I still remember my first dish that I cooked when I was 5…. and it was a proper sinigang (a Filipino native sour soup).

I made this blog mainly to share the dishes that I make. I can’t really tell which region is my expertise because my dishes are broad which covers Asia, The Americas, Europe (Mediterranean), Filipino and fusion of all culinary regions.

I’ve seen a lot of blog sites out there that is focused on just “eating”. This blog is not only about eating alone and reviewing dishes from restaurants. This blog will feature, racing to the market, grocery and deli, prepping the dish, cooking, serving and finally eating them with friends. So, let’s go!
